Sails Fundraising Progress!
Our goal is to raise $10,000 for a set of new sails for the Victories.
Our first challenge to all members is to sail an extra 10 hours this month: >100 members x 10 hours x $10 per hours = >$10k! Let’s go sailing!
We also have a benefactor that will match donations dollar for dollar up to $5,000! Our second challenge to members is to donate just $50 each: >100 members x $50 = $5,000 with matching $5,000 = $10k. We are asking every member to please donate $50. Mail your check to Convair Sailing Club with “Sail Fund Donation” in the subject line.
To date we have received $1,600 in donations. With the dollar for dollar match that is a current total of $3,200 dollars towards the Fund the Sail Fund!
