Serve your club on the board 2024
At the start of the 4th quarter, we always start looking for new board members to serve on the board for the next year – 2024!
It is traditional practice that the current vice commodore, Sandy Leon, is already the Commodore elect and becomes the Commodore for the next term. Per the bylaws, all terms are one year.
To assit the club with continuity it is also practice that each board member serve for a period of 2 years, and also rotate through different positions to learn more about all the board positions in order to serve the club better. It’s not boring board stuff – you can make a difference and work with fellow club members.
Board members are required to attend all board meetings monthly via ZOOM, and attend and support all club events and activities.
